No person shall hold a private patrol permit in accordance with the provisions of this chapter unless there is in force a private patrol operator’s license issued to him by the State in accordance with the provisions of the Private Investigator and Adjuster Act set forth in Sections 7500, et seq. of the Business and Professions Code of the State.
