Sec. 5-8.03. Permits: Applications: Accompanying certificates.
   An application for the permit required by the provisions of Section 5-8.01 of this chapter shall be accompanied by a certificate, signed by at least three (3) reputable residents of the County, certifying to the good moral character and reputation of the person making such application. (§ 6, Ord. 140)
