Any person violating the provisions of this chapter shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be punished by a fine of not less than One Hundred and no/100ths ($100.00) Dollars nor more than Five Hundred and no/100ths ($500.00) Dollars, or by imprisonment of not less than ten (10) days nor more than six (6) months, or by both such fine and imprisonment.
