Sec. 4-5.402.   Crossing runways and taxiways.
   No motor vehicle shall be driven across or upon any active runway, except emergency vehicles, as defined in the Vehicle Code of the State, performing emergency operations. (§ 1, Ord. 773, eff. April 14, 1977)
