The Board, by enacting this article and any amendments to Section 4-3.705 of this article, may adopt such terminal routes as have been applied for and recommended by the Director of Public Works and Director of Community Development. No such route so designated shall become valid until also approved by the State Department of Transportation and adequate signing erected by the appropriate agencies.
