   The Yolo County Juvenile Justice Commission is hereby designated the "Yolo County Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention Commission." The Commission is authorized to act as a delinquency prevention commission in addition to serving as the local juvenile justice commission. In its capacity as a delinquency prevention commission, its duties and responsibilities shall include coordinating on a countywide basis the work of governmental and nongovernmental organizations engaged in activities designed to prevent juvenile delinquency, consistent with related provisions of California law (including but not limited to Welfare & Institutions Code sections 225-230 and 233).
