Sec. 10-5.1205.   Annual compliance review.
   An annual report of reclamation operations shall be filed by each operator and reviewed by the Commission in a public hearing in order to determine compliance with the approved reclamation plan, in accordance with Article 7 of Chapter 4 of this title. (§ 1, Ord. 1191, eff. September 5, 1996; as amended by Ord. 1518, eff. February 13, 2020)
