Sec. 10-5.609.   Public hearing: Conflict of comments.
   If there is a conflict between comments submitted by a trustee or responsible agency and the comments of other reviewing agencies received during circulation of the reclamation plan, as required by CEQA, the Commission or Board shall only consider the comments of the trustee or responsible agency. (§ 1, Ord. 1191, eff. September 5, 1996; as amended by Ord. 1518, eff. February 13, 2020)
