Sec. 10-5.528.   Sewage storage prohibition.
   The use of off-channel wet pits for the storage and treatment of sewage effluent, or for landfill purposes, is prohibited. (§ 1, Ord. 1191, eff. September 5, 1996; as amended by Ord. 1518, eff. February 13, 2020)
