Sec. 10-5.527.   Recreational and habitat uses of permanent wet pits.
   If any permanent wet pit is proposed to be reclaimed for recreational uses and/or riparian habitat, the design shall account for fluctuations in the groundwater table. (§ 1, Ord. 1191, eff. September 5, 1996; as amended by Ord. 1518, eff. February 13, 2020)
