Sec. 10-5.526.   Repair of damage due to natural disaster.
   The cost of implementing recommendations for repair of reclaimed land caused during earthquakes or other natural events shall be met through application of contingency costs provided for by the project's financial assurances as required by SMARA. (§ 1, Ord. 1191, eff. September 5, 1996; as amended by Ord. 1518, eff. February 13, 2020)
