Sec. 10-5.520.   Operational areas.
   Operational areas and haul roads that are not required for future use of the site shall be ripped, resoiled, and prepared accordingly, to allow for replanting. (§ 1, Ord. 1191, eff. September 5, 1996; as amended by Ord. 1518, eff. February 13, 2020)
