Sec. 10-5.514. Habitat conservation plan compliance.

All reclamation plans shall be consistent with applicable components of the Yolo Habitat Conservation Plan/Natural Community Conservation Plan (HCP/NCCP). (§ 1, Ord. 1191, eff. September 5, 1996; as amended by Ord. 1518, eff. February 13, 2020)
