Backfilled mining areas and slopes shall be inspected by the Director following strong seismic shaking events. Observable damage shall be reported to the landowner. If the Director determines that the damage requires repair to meet the intended use of the reclaimed land, the landowner shall perform the required repairs. (§ 1, Ord. 1191, eff.
