Sec. 10-5.230. Trustee agency.

"Trustee agency" shall mean a State agency having jurisdiction by law over natural resources affected by a project which are held in trust for the people of the State. (§ 1, Ord. 1191, eff. September 5, 1996; as amended by Ord. 1518, eff. February 13, 2020)
