Sec. 10-5.225.   Responsible agency.
   "Responsible agency" shall mean all public agencies other than the County which have discretionary approval power over the project. (§ 1, Ord. 1191, eff. September 5, 1996; as amended by Ord. 1518, eff. February 13, 2020)
