Sec. 10-5.201.   Scope.
   The definitions set forth in section 2725 et seq. of the Act and 3500 et seq. of the Regulations shall apply throughout this chapter. In addition, the definitions set forth in this article shall also govern the interpretation of this chapter. (§ 1, Ord. 1191, eff. September 5, 1996; as amended by Ord. 1518, eff. February 13, 2020)
