Sec. 4-6.2301.    Severability.
   Should any section, paragraph, sentence, clause or phrase of this chapter be declared unconstitutional or invalid, for any reason, the remainder of the chapter shall not be affected thereby. (§ 1, Ord. 1515, eff. December 19, 2019)
