Sec. 4-6.2201.    County liability.
   Unless expressly agreed in writing, the County of Yolo, the LEMSA, HHSA, its officers, employees and volunteers shall not be liable for any permittee costs or charges associated with compliance under this chapter or the rules or regulations promulgated hereunder.
