Sec. 4-6.2104. Operation of unit while impaired prohibited.

No person shall operate any unit while under the influence of any intoxicating liquor or controlled substance or any drugs that impair the ability to carry out responsibilities. (§ 1, Ord. 1515, eff. December 19, 2019)
