Sec. 4-6.2103.    Unit operational standards.
   No person may operate a unit within Yolo County unless the unit meets the following operation standards:
   (a)   No unit may be dispatched unless it is fully operational; and
   (b)   The unit at the time it is in use or on call contains equipment and supplies, such as are applicable for any specific unit and specified in this chapter, whichever may be applicable. (§ 1, Ord. 1515, eff. December 19, 2019)
