Complaints regarding alleged violations of this chapter shall be made in writing. The LEMSA may require the complainant to specify:
(a) The section of the chapter alleged to have been violated;
(b) The date, time and location of alleged violation;
(c) The person and/or service involved; and
(d) The circumstances or details which support the allegation of a violation. (§ 1, Ord. 1515, eff. December 19, 2019)
