In addition to the routine inspections required in Section 4-6.1501, the LEMSA may make additional inspections of any unit, attendant, volunteer, pilot, air attendant, station, or substation regulated hereunder, for the purpose of determining whether or not any aspect of a permittee's service subject to this chapter is, or is not, in compliance with this chapter.
