Sec. 4-6.1502. Inspections: Report.

After inspection, a written report shall be prepared indicating every violation or omission of any requirements, standards, or provisions contained in this chapter with respect to the unit inspected. The report shall set a time period for correction of each violation or omission. A copy of the report shall be given to the permittee concerned. (§ 1, Ord. 1515, eff. December 19, 2019)
