Sec. 4-6.1404.    Patient care information: Confidentiality.
   (a)   Patient care information submitted to the LEMSA is confidential but may be used for quality assurance.
   (b)   The hospital copy of the patient care record must be completed and submitted to the receiving medical facility as specified in LEMSA policy.
   (c)   The patient care record prepared by a permittee shall use the electronic patient care record (ePCR), ambulance run form, or a form approved by the LEMSA. (§ 1, Ord. 1515, eff. December 19, 2019)
