Services must insure that their attendants are free of physical defects or diseases which may impair their ability to attend to patients. No person, service, or agency shall be out of compliance with Government Code section 8355 in matters relating to providing a drug-free workplace. (§ 1, Ord. 1515, eff. December 19, 2019)
