Sec. 4-6.602.   Change in personnel: Notice required.
   Each service or agency must provide written notice to the Ambulance Licensing Officer within ten (10) days of any change in personnel or units unless an alternate plan has been approved by the LEMSA. (§ 1, Ord. 1515, eff. December 19, 2019)
