Each ambulance shall have radio access to all three bands (800MHz, VHF, and UHF) for establishing and maintaining radio contact with county dispatch and county hospitals as prescribed by the county and in compliance with Federal Communication Commission regulations. Back up communication with a cellular telephone is acceptable. All communication equipment must meet manufacturers' specifications for power, output, and antenna. (§ 1, Ord. 1515, eff.
