Sec. 4-6.401. Permits: Display.

Any permit issued pursuant to this chapter shall be prominently displayed on each unit, and be visible from the outside, and not be altered or defaced in any way. If any official entry on any such permit is defaced, removed, obliterated or altered in any way, the permit shall be rendered immediately null and void and of no force and effect whatsoever.
