No person shall use any weighing or measuring instrument for commercial purposes without having a current registration certificate for such instrument issued pursuant to this article. Such certificate shall be in addition to any other certificate, license, permit, or other entitlement which may be required by the State, County, or any other public entity. (§ 1, Ord. 1065, eff.
