Sec. 6-19.1701.   Severability.
   If any section, subsection, paragraph, sentence, clause, or phrase of this ordinance is for any reason held to be invalid or unconstitutional by a decision of a court of competent jurisdiction, it shall not affect the remaining portions of this ordinance, including any other section, subsection, sentence, clause, or phrase therein.
