Sec. 6-8.1301.   Violations: Penalties.
   Any person violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be punished by a fine of not more than Five Hundred and no/100ths ($500.00) Dollars, or imprisonment in the County Jail for not more than six (6) months, or by both such fine and imprisonment. Such person shall be deemed guilty of a separate offense for each and every day during any portion of which a violation of this chapter is committed, continued, or permitted by such person.
