Sec. 6-8.806.   Permits: Decision by Enforcement Officer: Appeals.
   All decisions, determinations, and actions of the Enforcement Officer as to applications for permits may be appealed to the Board by any aggrieved person. (§ 1, Ord. 765, eff. October 7, 1976; as amended by § 3, Ord. 1470, eff. July 14, 2016)
