Sec. 2-9.01.   Informal Bidding Procedures: Purpose, Authority.
   Public projects, as defined by the California Uniform Public Construction Cost Accounting Act and in accordance with the limits listed in section 22032 of the Public Contract Code as it may be amended, may be let to contract by informal procedures set forth in Section 22032, et seq. of the Public Contract Code. (§ 4, Ord. 1551, eff. September 29, 2022)
