The Planning, Public Works and Environmental Services Department will calculate the initial rents which should be affordable to low and very low income households at the time that the units will be marketed and made available for rent. The developer is to provide information on the utilities that will be included in the rent and the utilities for which the tenants will be responsible (including the specific type of service).
