Sec. 8-2.202.   Planning Agency.
   A Planning Agency for Yolo County is hereby created and established. It shall consist of the following:
   (a)   Board of Supervisors;
   (b)   Planning Commission;
   (c)   Planning, Public Works and Environmental Services Department; and
   (d)   Zoning Administrator.
