Sec. 11-1.1317.   Discrimination in services prohibited.
   No grantee shall deny service, deny access, or otherwise discriminate against subscribers, channel users, or general citizens on the basis of race, color, religion, national origin, or sex.
   It shall be the right of all subscribers, subject only to the payment of the lawful rates and reasonable terms and conditions established by a grantee or the Board, to receive and continue to receive services. Initial subscriptions to services shall not be denied to any person on the basis of the person’s credit rating or for other reasons relating to economic conditions. (§ 1, Ord. 961, eff.
