Not later than thirty (30) calendar days after the date on which the grantee files the inventory, the County or its assignee may mail to the grantee written notice of its tentative intention to exercise its right to purchase, including a list of all property which the County or its assignee has tentatively elected to purchase, and a demand for arbitration.
