The Juvenile Forestry Camp shall be in the charge of a superintendent who shall be selected by the Board of Directors of the camp. The duties of the superintendent shall be prescribed by, and his activities, orders, rules, regulations, and administration of the camp shall be subject to, the authority, approval, and direction of, the Board of Directors of the camp.
