The internal affairs and administration of the Juvenile Forestry Camp shall be under the management and control of a Board of Directors consisting of an equal number of members of the Boards of Supervisors of the Counties of Solano, Colusa, and Yolo to be selected and hold office by virtue of and during the term of their official positions.
