Sec. 2-2.3708.   Vacancies.
   A vacancy shall exist upon the death, resignation, removal, or termination of residence within the designated area from which the member was appointed. Vacancies shall be filled for the unexpired term by the Board of Supervisors. (§ 2, Ord. 1406, eff. April 14, 2011)
