Sec. 2-2.3704.   Terms of Office.
   (a)   The term of office for each jurisdictional member of the Housing Commission is four (4) years or until his or her successor is appointed, except that at the first meeting of the Housing Commission following the effective date of Ordinance No. 1498, the Housing Commission shall by lot choose one (1) jurisdictional member to serve an initial one (1) year term, one (1) jurisdictional member to serve an initial two-year term, and one (1) jurisdictional member to serve an initial three-year term with the remaining two (2) jurisdictional members serving four (4) year terms. Successor jurisdictional members shall be appointed for four (4) year terms and all vacancies shall be filled for the unexpired term.
   (b)   The term of office for each tenant member of the Housing Commission is two (2) years or until his or her successor is appointed, their successors must be tenants members who shall be appointed for two (2) year terms, and all vacancies shall be filled for the unexpired term.
