If an applicant fails to abide by the requirements of an order to comply following the final decision of the Planning Commission pursuant to Section 10-3.1007, above, then the FHDP shall be considered revoked and the Director shall initiate procedures to revoke the applicant’s permit(s) and forfeit the financial assurances in accordance with Article 11 of this chapter.
