Sec. 10-3.302.   Scope: Area defined.
   This chapter shall apply only to material removal activities that occur within the area located within the boundary of Cache Creek as defined in the Cache Creek Area Plan of the Yolo County General Plan. The conduct of mining outside of the channel of Cache Creek is regulated by Chapter 4 of this title and shall not be subject to the provisions of this chapter. (as amended by Ord. 1518, eff. February 13, 2020)
