"Site specific plan" shall mean an individual project plan for which a Flood Hazard Development Permit (FHDP) is approved by the Director that is consistent with the CCRMP (Public Res. Code Section 2715.5(d)). Site specific plans shall, at a minimum, include the information required by Section 2715.5(d) of the Act and such additional information as may be required pursuant to this chapter. Pursuant to Section 103.506 an approved application for a FHDP shall constitute a site specific plan. (as amended by Ord. 1518, eff. February 13, 2020)
