Sec. 10-3.203.   Commercial Mining.
   "Commercial mining" shall mean mining undertaken for the sole and/or primary purpose of commercial gain. Pursuant to the CCAP, commercial in-channel mining is precluded within Cache Creek. (as amended by Ord. 1518, eff. February 13, 2020)
