Every boat or watercraft operated within the County shall be registered pursuant to the provisions of Sections 3101 through 3112 of the Revenue and Taxation Code of the State, which sections are hereby referred to and incorporated in this chapter by reference as though fully set forth in this chapter for all purposes.
