Pursuant to Section 16 of Article XIII of the California Constitution, there is hereby established a non-refundable filing fee in the amount of $45.00 for each Application for Changed Assessment filed with the County of Yolo Assessment Appeals Board for the Clerk’s services associated with processing the application and the handling of the appeal. This fee will take effect July 1, 2011. Filing fees are not refunded but may be waived where the applicant would qualify for a waiver of court fees and costs pursuant to California Government Code Sections 68630-68641.
