A. Gambling Or Loitering On Premises Prohibited: No person under the age of twenty one (21) years shall be allowed to play any licensed game or slot machine, or loiter about any room or premises wherein any game or slot machine provided for in title 3, chapter 4 of this code are operated or conducted. B. Licensee, Employee Or Dealer:
1. Legal Action; Plea No Defense: In any legal action, it shall be no excuse for the licensee, employee or dealer, operating or conducting a licensed game under title 3, chapter 4 of this code to plead that he believed the party to be twenty one (21) years old or over. (1973 Code § 9.88.020)
2. Permitting Violation; Penalty: Any licensee, employee or dealer operating or conducting any game licensed under title 3, chapter 4 of this code who permits any person under the age of twenty one (21) years to play at such game or permits any such person to loiter about the room or premises in which such game may be conducted or operated, shall be punished as provided in section 1-4-1 of this code.
