Any person who wilfully and knowingly violates any provision of this chapter is guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be punished as provided in section 1-4-1 of this code. Each day on which a violation occurs constitutes a separate offense. (1973 Code § 8.17.130; amd. 2001 Code)
